Our office will be closed from December 24th- January 1st. 

• To make your payments:
• You may call the office to pay by phone by December 23rd. 435-673-9661.
• You may mail your payment in with your statement; you  may also mail your credit card payment by filling out the top of your statement.
• You may pay online by going to our website www.ortho-specialists.com click on "patient log-in" on the top right of the screen. Fill out the first and last name of the patient, if you do not have a password click on "send me my password,"  you must have shared your email address with us for this to work. You will get a password emailed to you. Once you are logged in your can change your password. 
• You man slide your payment under our door enclosed in an envelope, along with the patient name and ID number or statement.

Can you believe all this snow in sunny St. George?? We are loving it here at Dr. Jeff Erickson's office. We found this incredible picture online and are feeling so blessed to live in this gorgeous snow covered town.
